You put your information into the “Contact Me” box and press “Submit”. Now, you play that waiting game. Whether you’ve been stalking a particular photographer for awhile, or you’re just price shopping and asking a BUNCH of family photographers their prices, usually photographers want to give you the best experience that they possibly can. And, that definition can vary a little bit. For me, personally, I value the connection that I capture within your family the most of all. Yes, we talk about the location and the styling. All those things make a HUGE difference to the actual outcome. But, the connection that you demonstrate during your session is what you’re remember. The small details like the way your partner holds your child’s hand, or the way your child is the comedian and cracks all his best jokes within the first 10 minutes of the photoshoot, or even the way your partner looks at you with love and pride – those are the best moments, the best memories, and the best images that I capture in my family photography here in Fort Worth.

This family contacted me and hadn’t had their family pictures done in years, and wanted to capture who they were in this season of their lives. With kids that are school-aged, I find that the family dynamic is totally different and fun! But, no matter what the age of your kids, we always find a way to have ya’ll connect. Connection is the most important. Connection no matter the age of your family.

(And absolutely worth the capture just as much as the newborn and toddler age households!)
